The Exercise Pulley is designed to safely and easily aid in the increase of the user’s range of motion in their shoulders, arms and wrists.

• Easily fits over a standard door, and comes complete with door bracket, pulleys, cords, and handles.
• The pulley is supplied with a long cord to allow the user to be in a sitting position, alternatively the cord length can be shortened for use in a standing position.
